Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
9 eggs
2 c. milk
1 box croutons
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
3 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown the sausage; drain.
Sprinkle croutons in a 9 x 13 glass dish.
Mix well 2 cups of cheese, eggs, seasonings and 1/2 of the sausage.
Pour over the croutons.
Sprinkle with remaining sausage and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
Allow to sit for 10 to 15 minutes after baking.
