Gnocchi(Italian For Potato Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Add flour gradually until ball of dough is easy to handle.
    Place on floured board and cut in quarters.
    Roll out like long snake, about finger size, and cut in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Drop in boiling water and cook about 30 minutes until tender.
    Use with regular spaghetti sauce, or any gravy, and sprinkle with cheese.
