Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. strawberries, thawed
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix separately the remaining ingredients.
Add to first mixture.
Pour it into 6 small loaf pans sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 6 small loaves.
