Low-Fat Mexican Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

1 large bottle picante sauce
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 large bag shredded, low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Pour picante sauce into Pyrex dish and place chicken in the sauce.
Turn chicken over and bake for about 35 or 40 minutes. Turn chicken over again and cover with Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake for another 15 or 20 minutes.
Cheese will melt and mix with picante sauce for a gravy-like mixture.
