Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    3 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix with mixer, eggs, sugar and melted butter or margarine. When well blended add pineapple, juice, coconut and corn meal. Blend well.
    Put in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
