Braised Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless stew beef, cut into bite size pieces
1 large (16 oz.) can tomato puree
1 can water
1 can beef consomme soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 toes garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 bay leaves
dash of cinnamon, salt and pepper
Preparation

Salt, pepper and flour stew beef.
Brown in small amount of oil. Add onion, garlic and celery. Cook until clear.
Add soup and stir. Add tomato puree and stir. Add water.
Add bay leaves, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Let cook 1 1/2 hours. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
Makes 6 generous servings. Sauce freezes well.
