Cake That Won'T Last - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. bananas, diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir by hand.
    Do not beat.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Let cool slightly before putting on cake plate.
    Then dust lightly with powdered sugar.
