Sausage And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium potato, chopped
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 pkg. smoked sausage, sliced
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Muenster cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet; add potato.
Cover and cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add cabbage. Cook over medium heat until cabbage is crisp-tender.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add sausage, cheese and mustard.
Heat until hot.
