Pizza Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 oz. pepperoni, cut in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 envelope Lipton noodle soup mix with real chicken broth
    3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook onion, pepper, garlic powder and oregano over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes (longer is even better).
    Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
    I serve this soup with fresh baked breadsticks.
    Makes 7 (1/2-cup) servings, 99 calories, 6 g. fat, 604 mg. sodium, 11 mg. cholesterol.
