Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, peeled and diced
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer in casserole dish, potatoes, onion and slices of margarine.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Repeat layers until dish is full (1 inch from top of dish).
    Pour evaporated milk over casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
    Pour grated cheese over casserole and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
