Braised Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. carrots
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

Scrape and slice carrots.
Cook until tender; drain and cool. Mix other ingredients in larger bowl and pour over carrots. Refrigerate 12 hours.
(Keeps well in refrigerator.)
