Fiesta Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant Pasta Accents garlic seasoning frozen pasta and vegetables
    3/4 c. salsa
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken; cook until no longer pink.
    Add Pasta Accents and salsa; stir to combine.
    Cover and reduce heat to medium.
    Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in cilantro.
    Serve with additional salsa and sour cream, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
