Pumpkin - Walnut - Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sunflower oil (safflower works also)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Pour batter into two greased bread loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
