Cathedral Window Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. bag chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. colored mini marshmallows
    1 egg
    1/2 c. nuts
    coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla, marshmallows, egg and nuts.
    Divide mixture in two parts and roll.
    Roll in coconut.
    Wrap well and refrigerate.
    Slice when ready to serve.
