Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    3 carrots
    1 lb. hot sausage
    12 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. water
    3 tsp. molasses
    2 pkg. egg roll wraps
    sweet and sour sauce
    1 lb. shrimp, boiled
Preparation
    Grate cabbage and carrots coarse.
    Place in large microwave bowl.
    Add sausage and cook 4 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add soy sauce, cornstarch, water and molasses.
    Microwave until cabbage is wilted and sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
    Add shrimp and microwave 2 minutes; let cool.
