Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    3 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together first 3 ingredients until it's meal like.
    Beat egg.
    Add vinegar, brown sugar and water.
    Add to flour and shortening mixture.
    Mix all together.
    Keep in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
    Keeps well for several weeks.
    It doesn't make it tough to knead.
    Makes 6 to 8 crusts.
