Ham Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 lb. ham, cut into chunks or strips (turkey ham works fine, also)
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix flour with salt and pepper.
    Brown ham, green pepper and onion in butter; add in flour and continue to brown a bit.
    Pour water into soup; mix and add into ham mixture.
    Simmer until done. Stir in cheese until melted.
    Good served on rice.
