Fried Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Peel zucchini; slice into 1/4-inch slices and beat egg and water.
    Add 1 teaspoon seasoned salt; beat well.
    Put biscuit mix into plastic bag with 1 teaspoon seasoning; shake well.
    Heat 1/4-inch oil in frying pan; dip slices of zucchini into egg wash, then into biscuit mix in bag.
    Fry until golden brown on both sides.
    Serve with sour cream on side.
