Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine rice, hamburger and egg.
    Shape into meatballs.
    Brown on all sides in a well-greased skillet; drain.
    Mix seasoning packet with hot water and pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
