Carrot Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots until half done.
    Boil soup, vinegar, oil, sugar and mustard.
    Add carrots, onion and pepper; set overnight in refrigerator.
