Lemon Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes or 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    3 chicken breasts, which have been split, skinned and halved (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and parsley.
    Wash chicken and leave wet.
    Dip and coat both sides of chicken in bread crumb mixture.
    Place in a shallow pan or casserole.
    Pour melted margarine and lemon juice (mixed together) over chicken. Bake, covered, for about 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
