Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until light and foamy.
    Combine sugar and baking powder.
    Add slowly to egg whites.
    Continue beating until whites are stiff.
    Fold in crackers and pecans.
    Bake in greased pie pan (grease rim) at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Top with Cool Whip as served.
