Aunt Velma'S Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
3 c. self-rising corn meal mix
1/2 c. cooking oil or bacon grease
3 tsp. sugar
1 large onion, grated
1 (No. 2) can yellow creamed corn
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation

Mix well in a large mixing bowl.
I bake mine in one 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and a 9-inch skillet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
