Sausage Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (room temperature)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    4 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Grate cheese and combine with sausage.
    Add Bisquick and work with hands until combined.
    Add pepper and shape into balls.
    Bake at 50\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
