Fluffy White Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Measure 2 cups water into a heavy saucepan (at least 2-quart capacity) and bring to a boil.
    Add 1 tablespoon oleo and 1 teaspoon salt, if desired.
    Stir in 1 cup rice.
    Cover and lower heat.
    Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and all water is absorbed.
    Makes about 3 cups of fluffy white rice.
