Bell Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    3 hot peppers
    6 medium onions
    12 firm apples
Preparation
    Take the seeds from the peppers and core the apples and put through
    food chopper.
    Drain off the juice and mix 1 pint vinegar, 1\tteaspoon salt and 3 cups sugar.
    Mix and cook down until it is kind of thick.\tSeal in jars. Makes about 8 pints.
