Prufrock Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. yellow squash
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    pinch of black pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cut squash into cubes.
    Boil until just tender.
    Drain and mash, then drain again.
    Combine squash, margarine, bread crumbs, seasonings and egg.
    Place in lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish and top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 10 minutes more.
    Serves 6 to 8.
