Fideo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 tsp. oil
    1/3 onion, chopped
    1/3 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. cubed steak
    2 c. water
    salt and garlic for flavor
Preparation
    Heat oil in low heat.
    Add uncooked vermicelli over low heat; stir until golden brown.
    Add cubed steak.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, simmering for 30 to 40 minutes.
