Cabbage-Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, sliced
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    chopped parsley
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Put 1/2 of cabbage in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Mix the next 7 ingredients together.
    Spread mixture over cabbage.
    Slice and cover mixture with the other 1/2 head of cabbage.
    Pour tomato sauce over all; sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake, covered, for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
