Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs. chicken wings
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 stick of butter
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown wings in butter and garlic.
    When wings are almost brown, remove garlic and fry wings until completely brown. Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over wings and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
