Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    chopped boiled eggs
    chopped sweet pickles
    chopped pimento
    small cubes Cheddar cheese (mild Cheddar)
    salt as needed
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with jackets on; cool and peel off skins.
    Cut potatoes into chunks or cubes.
    Add the next 5 ingredients.
    Use a big blob of mayonnaise; gently turn ingredients over until thoroughly mixed.
    Serve chilled.
