Green Chile Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (9-inch) pastry shell
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion in a medium skillet until lightly browned.
Spread in pastry shell and top with green chiles and cheese.
Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over cheese and meat. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
