Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can peaches
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine flour and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Cut into margarine until coarse and crumbly.
    Add 1/2 cup nuts.
    Press into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool completely. Combine peaches, sugar and lemon juice and set aside.
    Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Stir in 3 cups topping.
    Spread over crust.
    Combine instant pudding with peaches.
    Spread over cream cheese.
    Spread remaining whipped topping on next, then sprinkle with pecans.
    Refrigerate.
