Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar sauerkraut (32 oz. jar, undrained)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 pkg. Equal
Preparation

Mix and let set.
Will keep up to month in fridge.
