Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 carrots
1 cucumber
1 bell pepper
1 large cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
pinch of salt
Preparation

Put softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl and beat with mixer until blended.
Grind vegetables and put in strainer.
Press out all juice.
Mix with cream cheese mixture (mellows with age). This will keep 5 to 6 days in refrigerator.
