Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted enriched all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. each: ginger and cinnamon
1 tsp. each: nutmeg and allspice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
4 eggs
5/8 c. water (1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients.
Make a well in mixture and add remaining ingredients.
Mix.
Pour in 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased, floured bread pans and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
