Zucchini Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick (don't peel)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 garlic clove (optional)
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook zucchini in small amount of salted water with garlic, about 15 minutes.
    Drain; discard garlic.
    Place zucchini in buttered shallow casserole.
    Beat together with fork the egg, sour cream, seasoned salt, pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Pour mixture over zucchini.
    Dot with margarine; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes until set.
    Serves 4 to 6.
