Easy Etouffee(Shrimp Or Crawfish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
    1/4 bell pepper
    1 clove garlic
    parsley tops
    onion tops
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 block oleo
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in oleo.
    Add crawfish tails, crawfish fat, salt and pepper.
    Cook on high for 20 minutes.
    Add onion tops and parsley.
    Serve over rice.
