Cabbage With Cheese And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 large cabbage wedges (about 2 lb.)
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Place water and salt in a 2-quart casserole; arrange cabbage in spoke-fashion with core at outside edge.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High 6 minutes; rotate casserole 1/2 turn.
    Microwave until crisp-tender, 5 to 7 minutes longer.
    Drain liquid, reserving 2 tablespoons.
    Mix reserved liquid, soup, mustard and celery seed. Pour over wedges.
    Cover tightly and microwave until hot, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with bacon.
