Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken (cooked and deboned)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can Rotel
flour tortillas
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Layer chicken, onion, cream of mushroom soup, strips of flour tortillas, bell pepper and cheese.
Start over with chicken, onion, cream of chicken soup, flour tortilla strips, bell pepper and cheese.
Top with Rotel then 1/2 c. chicken broth.
Bake covered 30 minutes, then uncover for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
