Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) boneless beef rib roast
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. light molasses
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Marinate roast in plastic bag with remaining ingredients overnight in refrigerator.
    Save marinade and place roast, fat side up, in shallow roasting pan.
    Season with salt and pepper. Insert meat thermometer and roast until desired results.
    Baste several times during roasting.
    Remove roast from oven and carve thinly across the grain.
