Southwest Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
    1 (approximately 15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Cook beef with chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, water, tomatoes and beans; heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4.
