Lemon Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
3 lemons (juice and grated rind)
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

In top of double boiler, combine eggs, sugar, butter, juice and rind of lemons. Cook, stirring until thick (like mayonnaise). Remove from heat and cool. Add mayonnaise and chopped nuts. Spread thin on bread. Cut sandwiches into 4 triangles for a delightful party sandwich.
