Scallops Of Chicken In Marsala Wine - cooking recipe

1 lb. chicken fillets
seasoned flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Beat chicken into thin slices.
Coat with flour.
Heat butter and oil. Add chicken and brown on both sides.
Add Marsala wine. Simmer 10 minutes, uncovered, and serve immediately.
