French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 envelope onion soup mix for 4 servings
    French bread, thinly sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Muenster cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Brown onion in oil over medium heat. Heat soup mix and water.
    Pour into 4 individual casseroles. Arrange browned onions, followed by a layer of French bread over soup.
    Sprinkle with the three cheeses.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
    Serve immediately.
