Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped and drained pimento
    1/2 can Durkee onions
Preparation
    Pour ingredients into a 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
