Lo-Cal Smoked Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag wheat bread
    1 pkg. smoked chicken or turkey, thinly sliced
    1 pkg. smoked ham, thinly sliced
    1 large stalk broccoli
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 pkg. Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, put about 6 slices of bread on bottom of dish.
    Put all of the smoked chicken or turkey over the bread.
    Add layer of ham. Cook broccoli until tender, then layer it on the ham. Add layer of onion and Swiss cheese.
    Add cream of mushroom soup. Salt and pepper.
    Put in microwave for 20 minutes.
