Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 medium onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    32 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
Preparation
    Cook onion, parsley and garlic in hot fat until soft.
    Add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add ground beef and Italian sausage, browned in olive oil.
    Add rest of ingredients. Cook in slow oven 3 or more hours.
    This freezes well.
    Makes 8 or more servings.
