Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
mustard (optional)

Preparation

Thaw the spinach before you do anything else. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan in oven.
Remove pan.
