Hot Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
    3 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    4 oz. can mushroom pieces
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 1/2 oz. can fried onion rings
Preparation
    Remove chicken from bones and skin. Cut into small pieces. Mix chicken with next 12 ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 casserole dish; top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings over top. Bake 15 minutes longer.
